I really dug around in my stash for this one!
The coin envelope was made with my Envelope Punch Board.  The pattern paper it’s made from is by Tim Holtz.  (It’s a nice heavy paper with kraft on the reverse side.)
The tree stitching die and sentiment die are from Simon Says Stamp.
Gold Glimmer paper is from Stampin Up.
Gems are from the Eyelet Outlet.

I’d never thought of an envelope for a tag!
