This tag was inspired by the shaker tg made by Maria Patrick on Day 6.
The die and penguin stamp is from MFT
Background is stamped with a Hero Arts snowflake background stamp, heat embossed white then a resist of Distress Oxide ink was applied.
Penguins are colored with Copic and given some Stickles for glimmer.
Clear sparkly sequins in the shaker give a snowfall effect.
