Simon Says Monday Challenge:  Make a Rainbow

I can’t believe our Grandson is turning 3 already!!!  He has brought us 3 years of joy with his hugs and belly laugh.  He talks nonstop, loves his books and plays with great imagination.
This card uses the darling Gerda Steiner Designs set called Party Animals.  I have lots of animal stamps but had to buy this one.  These guys have personality.

I die cut the number 3 with my Cricut.  The circles are cut with Spellbinders dies.
