Think Pink

                                              Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
It’s October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  I am a survivor.  Every year I take this month to be grateful for my medical care and successful outcome.  This year I also remember Renee, mother of two, who fought a ten year battle but died this year.  I think of Patty who has such a positive attitude in spite of every possible side effect.  I think of Marcia, a survivor who was out walking for the cause and knits knockers for breast cancer patients.  And I think of Carolyn, recently diagnosed and about to start her treatment.  Brave ladies all in my thoughts and prayers.

This week’s card challenge was to feature pink.  I water colored the pink background.  The snow lady is from Penny Black.  The sentiment is from MFT.  The little bird is from Lawn Fawn.  And the die, my new favorite, is from Simon Says Stamp.
