Altenew Inspiration Challenge July 2024
A card could be nothing but happy with the colors chosen this month by Tenia Nelson for the Inspiration Challenge.
Every month Altenew has an Inspiration Challenge at the blog blog.altenew.com. It is a great way to expand the color combinations you use on your projects.
For me, the best way to achieve really brilliant colors is to use watercolor markers. The images from Hibiscus Garden 3D Dies were cut from watercolor cardstock and colored with watercolor markers. A few of the pieces were die cut from glitter cardstock. Tropical Toucan (a mini stamp) was colored with alcohol markers.
To give a little texture to the background Stripped Leave Cover Die was die cut in white cardstock.

Altenew Inspiration Challenge, Pam! I love the vibrancy of the Watercolor Brush Markers, too! I had to do a double take! I was enthralled with your flowers–i didn’t see that friendly toucan at first! Love this!
