AECP Lesson #2

I am wandering way outside my comfort zone on this one.  It is a near copy of a card by Yoonsun Hur     that I have wanted to try for some time.
The images are from Beautiful Day and Peony Bouquet.  It is done on water color paper.  The leaves and berries are stamped in Altenew ink using gradually darker colors with each layer.

Now, what is really new to me is using Distress Ink to water color around the image.
It’s messier than what I normally do but I like it!

Water color and gold ink were splattered after everything else dried.
There are  some small “water droplets” on the leaves created with Glossy Accents.

I thought this made a great Christmas card.  I gold heat embossed the sentiment from Altenew’s Holiday Wishes.
