Simon Says Wednesday Challenge:  Layers

Way before Christmas I tagged a card posted by Cheiron Brandon.  I’m just now getting around to CASEing it.
The card is on water color paper.  The background stamp by Tim Holtz is gold heat embossed.  Distress ink is water colored then Distress Oxide ink is painted on in a few diamond shapes.
Snowflakes from different papers and different die companies are adhered in layers.
The sentiment from PaperTrey Ink is gold heat embossed and pop dotted to the top layer.
Gold Stickles are dotted at the center of each diamond.
