Dahlia Congratulations

I just can’t stop trying different inks and embossing powders on this Concord and 9th Turnabout Dahlia !
This time I used two Wow gold and silver sparkle embossing powders and two Ranger gold and platinum embossing powders.  I also added  black beads from Art Impressions.
The celebrate die is from Tim Holtz.  It is cut in Stampin Up black glimmer paper.
