Simon Says Wednesday Challenge:  Sparkle

A card posted by Lorraine’s Loft really caught my attention.  I CASED it with some of my own changes.

This is so different than anything I have made.  But I loved the sketched look to this Penny Black stamp.  It needed a little color but not too much.

I thought this would be a good card to send to a friend who’s beloved pet died.

The sparkle comes from using a glitter gel pen on the ribbon, scattered dots and the center of the flower.  The gold bow also gives some sparkle.
