Color Burst’s greatest value to me is it’s use as a background.   Blue has always been my favorite color so blue backgrounds really appeal to me.  I made this background in Ken Oliver’s class.
I had this Altenew floral in mind when I created the background.  The flowers are stamped in Momento and colored with Copic markers.
This card is made with Ken Oliver’s water color paper.  It makes the brilliant color of Color Burst stand out because it is such a white white.
