Polar Bear Party

I wanted to play with Copic color combinations I don’t normally use.  And did I ever get color!
I stamped the MFT Polar Bears in Memento, colored them with Copics and cut them out.
I sandwiched them between two pieces of acetate so the shaker pieces would move freely around and behind them.  The background balloon strings were created with a MFT background stamp stamped in VersaFine and clear heat embossed.  Balloon dies from a variety of companies were cut, colored with Copics and then covered with Glossy Accents.  I adhered them to the background.  Floating in the shaker window are beads and sequins and pieces punched from a Stampin Up punch.
