Resist Snowflake Card

I haven’t gotten out my Color Burst for a couple weeks!  They worked perfectly on this card very much inspired by Debbie Hughes.  The snowflake stamps are from Stampin Up.  They are white heat embossed on watercolor paper.  Color Burst are sprinkled on a Craft Mat and sprayed with water.
The watercolor paper is then “smooshed” into the mixture on the Craft Mat.
I used sequins and Shimmer to give it some sparkle.
