Altenew Inspiration Challenge

This monthly inspiration challenge is a good reason to spread out your Altenew products and imagine what could be used to create something inspired by a photograph.

Before the card was finished I had cardstock, water colors, die cuts, embellishments and stamps piled

all over my desk tops.  There were also the remains of several experimental cards that didn’t make the grade.

The idea is to look at those products and use them in a different way.

I wanted to incorporate the colors and the idea of a window in my card for this challenge.

The background is water color paper with a mix of colors and textures.  It actually ended up resembling wood.

The window frame is from Fine Frames Cover Die

The wreath, cut from white glitter paper and water colored paper, are cut from Leafy Wreath.

The little leaves over the top, cut from the same papers are from, Rolled Roses Die Set.

The sentiment from Beautiful Day is white heat-embossed.
