Arthur Owl Halloween

My last Halloween project for 2020.  It makes me sad to put away all of my Tim Holtz Halloween goodies until next year.  

Arthur is dressed in Halloween colors from my paper stash.  Pattern papers have been in my stash for a long time . . .  I think at least one is from Provo Craft and may be 20 years old!

Arthur will stay on my desk.  He’s about to become a Snowy Owl for Christmas tags.
