I have an appointment for a haircut, actually “the works”  with highlight and cut tomorrow on Valentines Day.I thought this Stampin Up chick would be the perfect valentine for my hairdresser who has become a wonderful friend.   (I hope my highlight isn’t quite as colorful.)
