My water color tag was cut from water color paper with a Spellbinders Die.
The small packages are from Pretty Pink Posh dies.
The sentiment from Paper Trey Ink is stamped in Versa Fine and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
The tag was water colored with Kuretake water colors.
