Cake Soiree

This is for a Stampin Up card swap.

I wanted to make a 50th anniversary card but also a card that could be used for a birthday.
So I used gold accents on this card.
The color is Rich Razzleberry.

Whisper White card base 4 1/4/x/5/1/2
Rich Razzleberry Mat 4 x 5 1/4
Heavy Whisper White yardstick 3 3/4 x 5

The background is created with water colors on thick Whisper White Cardstock.  After the water color dried I splattered gold water color on the card front.
