Altenew One Layer Wonders Day Two I put a circle of masking paper on the card front.I stamped the background stamp in progressively darker blue colors. Then I blended progressive colors of Distress Oxide inks over the stamping.Finally I added the sentiment from i.o.A few stickles highlighted the stars in the background.
