Cornucopia
Online Card Class Making Merry: Day 4
The very first stamp I ever bought (over 20 years ago) was a Cornucopia. The only stamping technique I knew was heat embossing. I heat embossed that stamp over and over.
This newly purchased Cornucopia stamp is from The Ton. I stamped it in Memento and colored it in Copic markers.
Special note to Julie Ebersole: After all of that coloring, stamping and masking it was very stressful to put a die over my work and cut it out. If it hadn’t worked I think you would have heard from me.
But fortunately it die cut the Paper Trey word Grateful very well.
Julie called this Camouflage. I stacked four layers of the word die and inset them back into the Cornucopia. I did add Wink of Stella to the word to make it stand out even more.
The wood stamp is from Altenew. The little background leaf stamp is from the Cornucopia set by The Ton.
