Cup of Cheer Tag

12 Days of Christmas Tags with a Feminine Twist
On Day10 Sharon Harnist and Svetlana Shayevich challenged us with bright colors.

I immediately thought of a video Kelly Latevola posted using Sunny Studio’s Cup of Cheer stamp set.
Kelly had had a crazy day and was trying to build a complicated card.  A lot of mistakes happened but she was able to cover them perfectly . . .  a great lesson learned.

I changed a few things and reduced Kelly’s design from card size to tag size.  This involved lots of masking.  The window was a mask from a Poppystamps die.  Oxide ink is used for the sky, walls and table.   Snow is white heat embossing.

The images are all stamped in Memento and colored with Copics.  The marshmallows are done with Marvy’s Snow Maker marker.  There is Wink of Stella on the whipped cream and Papericlous Crystal Clear glitter looks exactly like sugar on the cookies.

It’s a labor-intensive card but so worth it.
