Online Card Classes:  Rainbow Maker Day 1

What a beautiful surprise this was!  This technique is so fun when you pull back the stencil to reveal what you’ve created.  I could not envision what this Tim Holtz stencil of sun rays would do with the rainbow technique taught by Laura Bassen . . .  but I love the results.
