Kathy Schwinforth’s tag had a background that I loved with darker edges leading into a lighter center.
Yana Smakula had a similar background on a card in her blog as well.  This is her card reduced down to tag size.  The H is from Mama Elephant.  The O snowflake is from my stash.  The edges are snowflakes from Simon Says Stamp.
Green cardstock and darker green ink are used for the background.
Gems give bling to the snowflake Os.
