This is totally copied from a Jennifer McGuire video tutorial.  I love how she sandwiched Hero Arts Clear Cardstock between layers of colored cardstock to achieve the see-through panel on the front of this aquarium card.  All products on this card are from Hero Arts.  The layered stamps make the fish look so professional!
