Quintuple Slider
A friend told me she had purchased the Simon Says Quintuple Slider Die but hadn’t yet figured it out.
Well, “Me too!” I said.
So we are going to get on Zoom and figure it out together.
I reviewed Jennifer McGuire’s video and went to work on this card for my grandson with Sunny Studio Super Heroes.
That was really pretty easy. I used heavier cardstock on the slider piece but won’t do that next time.
The paper split on the little tab piece when I tried to put it through the slot.
The other change I will make is to move that tab piece 3/4″ instead of 1/2″ so it will go totally under the card and not stick out at the top edge. Making those corrections I created the card below.
My new favorite Primrose Altenew stamp set makes a great slider! The butterflies go down behind the flowers when the tab is closed. Colored with Alcohol markers and sparkled with Wink of Stella, this is a really pretty card!
