Rainbows

I CASED this card from Kimberly Crawford.  My version, however, uses Color Burst on watercolor paper.
The sentiment and dies are all from MFT.
I used Stampin Up white glitter paper for the clouds.
The rainbow word die is also from glitter paper.
I’m not sure who makes the clear dots.
I love this card so much . . . the perfect birthday wish!
