                                                Simon Says Monday Challenge Resist
Whenever I’m in a stamping slump I go to Jennifer McGuire.  I have been among her groupies for maybe as many as 20 years going way way back to Cincinnati when she taught at a local scrapbook store.
The lady somehow convinces me that I can try something totally new.  So I just leap into an inky mess and follow her lead, no questions asked.  (She has also enabled my purchasing supplies that now fill a large studio!)
This card is a perfect example!  I’ve pretty much copied her card from a recent video called Black Resist.  I used Vintage Roses from Altenew and stamped them with inks from Simon Says Stamp.
I then clear heat embossed them twice.  “Fabulous” from MFT was stamped and white heat embossed.
I then took my Hero Arts Black ink pad direct to paper and totally covered the floral piece I had just stamped.  I used a Kleenex to wipe some of the black off of the images and there it is!!!
The pink background is clear heat embossed with Versamark.
