Initially I purchased my Scan n Cut to cut out stamped images.  (I have serious shoulder problems that make fussy cutting hard for me.)   I found the machine easy to use and in no time I was cutting out stamped images that were perfect!

I took a couple months off from my Scan n Cut to recover from yet another shoulder surgery.
In the meantime my friend, Jan, was watching youtube, learning and practicing everything she could about her Scan n Cut.

As soon as my arm was functional I went to Jan for “lessons”.  This woman is a great teacher!
It took some phone calls and coaching by text, but I can now download svg files to Canvas and to my Scan n Cut for projects like the one pictured above.

This gatefold card is from Dreaming Tree.  It helps so much that this site has a video tutorial for each project.  This is so intricate and beautiful yet it was easy to make.

I was so excited about learning how to download svg files that I stayed up until 2:00 AM just looking at all of the possibilities.

All of the years of 12×12 paper accumulating in my studio is now going to be put to great use!
