                                                         30 Day Coloring Challenge
                                                       Heat Wave Online Card Class
I have had this card idea from Stephanie Leykauf in my “To Do” pile since February.  The 30 Day Coloring Challenge and the Online Card Class Heat Wave inspired me to get it out!  I didn’t love this card until I put the purple mat and sentiment flag on it.  Then the three purple elements just made it pop (as the ladies always say on their videos).   Now I really really like it!

All of the stamps are from Simon Says Stamp.  The base is watercolor paper.  The flowers are heat embossed in white.  The girl is stamped in Memento brown ink.  The coloring is done with watercolor.

The border of the skirt, the sentiment and the small hearts are all heat embossed in silver.
