Water Soluble Oil Pastels – Pam's Paper Addiction

All I can say is that I tried Kristina Werner’s technique to make backgrounds using water soluble oil pastels.
After using 2 background stamps from Hero Arts and one from i.o. either I need background stamps with more surface area, hot press watercolor paper or this may just not be my thing!
Working with the water soluble oil pastels was really fun in a post Kristina made a couple weeks ago using W Plus 9 leaves. I won’t give up on the medium, maybe just the technique!
