2020 Christmas Cards

These are some of the cards I made and sent in 2020.

Colorado Craft Company

Artist Anita Jeram, accomplished children’s book author and illustrator.

This was a very different stamp for me as it’s more of a sketch. I thought it required water color. I looked over several designers work with this artist and all used water color. Sandy Allnock was my inspiration for this card. The sentiments are a combination of Colorado Craft, Paper Trey and Hero Arts.

My next door neighbor loves bunnies. For 16 years I’ve put at least one bunny on every card I’ve sent her.

Our friends are either off in their RV or planning their next trip. These stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn and Newton’s Nook were just perfect for their Christmas card.

An entire day was spent stamping and die cutting images from Altenew’s Holiday Bow. Some white and gold heat embossing, Glossy Accents and some bling added to the different textures. When I put them all together it was like flower arranging!

My love of gold comes out strong with heat embossing, metallic paper and ink splatters.

All products are from Altenew Poinsettia and Pine.

Stitching cards is fun for me. It keeps my hands busy while I watch tv. This stitching die is from Spellbinders. The sentiment is from Uchi’s Design. My niece lives at the very tip of Baja. My grandchildren are in a school where they hear, speak and read only Spanish from the day they enter kindergarten. And my hair dresser moved here from Mexico. I love sending them cards with a Mexican flair.

This card is made with Tim Holtz Products. The background is Distress Oxide ink. It was inspired by one of the Holtz Designers.
The was the first Christmas stamp set I ordered after seeing Debbie Hughes card made very much like this.

The Gnomes and Christmas dies are from Simon Says Stamp

Altenew’s Statement Flower. We made this card in my virtual final exam class for AECP.
This card was made for Altenew’s Year in Review 2020 Challenge
