Flower Power 2020 Mum

The bonus photo in this Flower Power 2020 class is an ink-smushed mum by Lisa Spangler.  I never would’ve thought of that for this stamp.  I am really pleased with the results.

One of my favorite classes in Flower Power 2020 is taught by Therese Calvird.  She uses a coloring technique I keep seeing but hand’t tried . . .  coloring with alcohol markers then highlighting with colored pencils.  It’s amazing!  I love the depth the pencils give to those deepest shadows.
Altenew Build-A-Flower Japanese Mum is a great flower for this technique because it has so many nooks and crannies.
