DIY Masks from Socks

I blew the dust off of my 50 year old sewing machine this week-end.  It was comforting to set up my old friend once again.  It was top of the line back then when my mother bought it for me.  She said she wanted me to have a good machine at the time of my life when I would use it the most.  It made clothes for me, my kids and Cabbage Patch dolls, quilts, a 6′ rabbit and even ties for many many years.

A youtube post from Carmels Canopy inspired me to make masks for the COVID19 crisis.  The masks are made from socks!
I made 2 masks for each of my grandchildren and one (Mickey Mouse) for me.
I will be making more masks when I can find pony tail elastics that are larger for adult heads.

The post ic called DIY Homemade Face Mask Made from Socks.
