Travel Journal Itinerary

Itinerary

I colored the smaller image from the Rosa Gallica set with just markers from the Garden Alcohol Markers set. What a spectacular combination!

I reference the color families frequently. . They are Gentlemans Gray, Golden Sunset and Deep Blue Sea.

From working with this set I have learned that Gentlemans Gray is a true gray unlike Rock Collection which picks up some pastel tones. Gentelmans Gray is a dark gray. The image above used only the two lightest colors of Gentlemans Gray with just a touch of the 3rd color.

Golden Sunset reminds me of the color of Marigolds . . . yellow orange in an old box of Crayons.

Being a lover of all things Blue, I will try to tell you about Deep Sea Blue without drooling. The lightest color has some green tones. Then they go on to luscious blues that just get darker and darker. I will need a refill for these markers quickly!

All three families blend easily and are just a joy to color with.

Altenew is my favorite brand because of their monochromatic color families. I rely on them to go light to dark in four fabulous markers. So I label my markers 1, 2, 3 and 4 for quick identification when I’m coloring.

Beach Garden Alcohol Markers

These colors are so perfect for my travel journal. I can’t wait to create more pages!
